Conversion rate tells you how effectively your traffic turns into results. A high click volume with a low conversion rate means your traffic isn't matching the offer — either the wrong audience is clicking, or the landing page isn't converting.
CR = (Total Conversions ÷ Total Clicks) × 100%
Example: Your smart link received 5,000 clicks and generated 150 signups → CR = 3.0%
