GeoRedir provides a link routing and analytics platform that enables users to create smart links with geo-targeting, device detection, and performance tracking capabilities. The Service includes:

  • Real-time analytics and reporting
  • Custom domain support
  • API access for integrations
  • Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Plan Types

6.2 Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.3 Free Plan & Upgrades

We offer a free plan with limited features. Paid plans require a valid payment method. You will be billed at the start of each billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (clicks, links, domains). If you exceed these limits:

  • You may be required to upgrade to a higher plan
  • We may temporarily suspend service until limits are addressed
  • Additional usage fees may apply as specified in your plan

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GeoRedir and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Analytics and Data

We collect analytics data on link performance. This data is:

  • Your property and confidential
  • Used solely to provide our Service to you
  • Not shared with third parties except as required by law
  • May be aggregated and anonymized for service improvements

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service with 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or emergencies
  • Actions beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOREDIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoRedir and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you submit to the Service

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GeoRedir operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
